HOW TO BOOK A SESSION?

WHEN ARE WE GOING TO GET OUR IMAGES? 

 

In order to produce a complete portfolio, I ask for a minimum of 3-8 weeks for any kind of picture session. I prefer to return your images to you as soon as possible because I have a reputation for speedy turnaround. Do you have a deadline for finishing your photos? No issue. In order to acquire your images as soon as possible, I now offer "priority rates."

48 Hr Rush Fee
For portraits - $800

 

IS IT OKAY TO BRING MY PET TO OUR SESSION? 

 

Definitely. Each and every session welcomes pets. I have a soft spot in my heart for animals.  Bring your bird, snake, cat, dog, chinchilla. I wish to get along with your pet, no matter what sort it is. I usually advise getting a buddy to visit who can entertain your pet once we are done with them. Don't forget it will also depend on the location and their policies on pets.

 

 

WHAT SESSION TYPES DO YOU OFFER? 

 

I photograph infants, engagements, graduations, families, events, sports, maternity sessions, and lifestyle, nature and landscape.  I almost certainly take pictures of anything you can think of. I enjoy expanding with my customers and being their lifelong photographer.

 

HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD ONTO FILES? 

 

Although I make an effort to keep files around permanently, I cannot guarantee that they will be kept once the final gallery is provided. I have several backups on various hard disks. I do suggest that you make a backup of your files when you download your gallery in case something were to happen to mine. I delete the finished gallery from my website after it has been distributed and downloaded. It is not an issue at all if you need to return to it at any point. For $80, I'll let you back into your gallery.

 

WILL YOU WORK WITH MY BUDGET? 

 

I wish we could accommodate any and all budgets! I recognize that not everyone can afford the extravagance of taking pictures. I attempt to stay within a certain budget. Please message me if you have a special circumstance.

 

IT IS OUR FIRST TIME GETTING PHOTOGRAPHED! CAN YOU GIVE US ANY OUTFIT ADVICE?

YES. I have photographed a ton of sessions and have learned what looks well in pictures. For more information feel free to message me.

 

CAN I GET RAW (UNEDITED) FILES FROM YOU?

Simple answer. NO.

​

CLAUDETTE VILLALTA  PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE STORAGE OF ANY IMAGES.

 

BOOKING/DEPOSIT/RETAINER FEES: To book your date, a deposit of 30% of your package's cost is necessary. There is NO REFUND for this. NO EXCEPTIONS. This cost covers the initial exchange of information, including planning and site searching, as well as setting aside a particular amount of time for your session

CANCELLATIONS: If you don't show up for a scheduled appointment or don't call, you forfeit the booking money. Remember that when we reserve a time slot for you, we are reserving that time slot exclusively for you. We are unable to book someone else as a result. No-call, no-show customers will not be accepted.

RESCHEDULING: We acknowledge that things come up in life. Things go wrong and people become sick. Whenever possible, please try to give us 48-72 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Please reschedule if you get sick on the day of your appointment. Every day, we work with people of various ages, and we can't risk infecting our devoted customers. If you feel well, relaxed, and at your best, your images will turn out better! We can without a doubt reschedule if the rain is pouring down and moving in the wrong direction during our picture shoot. Your booking cost will be applied to your new date if your request to reschedule is granted. A new booking fee will be needed if the new date is changed more than 60 days in advance. (The new booking charge will be waived if we have already agreed on a date and in cases of exceptional need, such as travel, military duty, or health issues.)

 

TARDINESS: Give yourself plenty of time to go to your appointment! Whether you are getting the kids or maybe your spouse ready or battling rush hour traffic, let us know if you're running late.  Please be considerate of our time as we invest a great deal of effort into arranging and organizing a session for each and every one of our clients. Example: If you are 20 minutes late for a 60-minute session that was supposed to last 60 minutes, the session will only last 40 minutes. We reserve the right to terminate the session if you are more than 20 minutes late without calling and forfeit your booking money. Of course, we comprehend unavoidable events like disease or accidents. If we are running behind schedule, we will let you and your session will not be affected.
